The Township of Leoni is one of those peaceful communities that we are proud to be a part of. Our tree lined expressways provide a rural look throughout the Township,  but behind many of those trees lies a bustling community filled with nearly 14,000 great people, a chain of 7 lakes as well as many other lakes and a rural atmosphere with a friendly smile! The Township of Leoni’s most prominent manmade feature is it’s Sewer Treatment Facility.  We serve approximately 13 seperate communities in 3 different counties. Currently we are in the process of building a new state of the art membrane system with the effluent so clean you can drink it. The ground is now broken and construction under way.  The expected completion time is summer 2010.
Our boards, commissions, and committees are comprised of many citizens volunteering much of their time to make this a good place to live.  As you browse through this web site you will meet some of them, learn a little bit about them and how to contact them.
